Thank you!
On behalf of the JLPOA Board and all of the JLPOA owners, a sincere “Thank You!” to the following for making our 4th of July at the lake so very special:

The Journeys – Steve Jr., Margaret and Steve Sr., for the best 4th of July fireworks display that we’ve ever seen at the lake.  How about that JL logo display?!  They just keep getting better every year.  Thank you again, Journeys!

Lisa Linnebur and the entire Entertainment Committee for booking The Cactus Jack Band for us and giving us an excuse to get together as a community.

The Volunteer Mussel Inspectors: Bob Butts, Chris Barnhill and Steve Sheaf, for duties above and beyond the week prior to and the week after the 4th of July.

Guest Pass Enforcement:
Guests in absence of property owners in the JLPOA Village is required to have a JLPOA Guest Pass. Guest Passes can be obtained at the club house or from any Board member.

The Property Owner assumes all Responsibility for any of their guest’s actions inside the park, and is also responsible for making sure that any guest is aware of the JLPOA Rules and Regulations.

This means that any violation committed against the JLPOA Rules and Regulations by a guest will be assessed against the property that issued the Guest Pass.

If a person or persons are approached by a Board member and cannot provide a Guest Pass it will be assumed that they are trespassing and the matter will be turned over to the proper authorities if the party in question refuses to leave the Village.
Above Rule & Regulation was adopted and approved unanimously at the April 8, 2006 Board of Directors meeting.

If you need a Guest Pass, you may download and print one via the JLPOA Guest Pass section of the JLPOA Website or you may contact any board member.

It has been brought to the JLPOA Board’s attention that folks are walking through lots to gain access to some of the greenbelts.

If you do not have permission from the owner to walk through a lot, you are trespassing which is a criminal offense and is punishable by law.

Above Ground Connections:

The JLPOA Board are monitoring every hydrant in the Village on a regular basis.

If you have above ground connections and your connections are leaking, they will be shut off and spray painted red.  It is the JLPOA owner’s responsibility to ensure that these connections are not leaking.

If you see a leaking connection, please report it to theJLPOA Board.

Please help keep our costs down by checking your water connections on a regular basis!

Special thanks to Brad Hueske and Dave Hodapp for going above and beyond the call of duty by proactively fixing some of these leaks for property owners and replacing  We appreciate you and cannot thank you enough for your time and your efforts!

August Board Meeting
Due to a scheduling conflict, the August 2015 board meeting has been cancelled.

Boat Meets Dam:
For those are not aware, one boater, over the 4th of July, decided to park his boat on the top of the Jackson Lake dam.  Doh!  Thankfully nobody was seriously injured.

Thank you!
Thanks so much, Brad Hueske for all of your hard work and efforts in fixing the sprinklers at the park near the clubhouse!

The sprinklers were not properly winterized last year andBrad spent a number of hours repairing and replacing sprinkler heads and pipes.

Thank you also for spraying the weeds near the park and the pump house.  And, finally, thank you, Dave Hodapp and Chuck Hickson Sr. for replacing several leaking hydrants in the Village!
