Thank you!
On behalf of the JLPOA Board and all of the JLPOA owners, a sincere “Thank You!” to the following for making our 4th of July at the lake so very special:

The Journeys – Steve Jr., Margaret and Steve Sr., for the best 4th of July fireworks display that we’ve ever seen at the lake.  How about that JL logo display?!  They just keep getting better every year.  Thank you again, Journeys!

The Chavez and Peter Families – Val, Andy, Chloe, Gerry Lynn and Harold for sharing Chloe’sbeautiful voice with us in the singing of the National Anthem prior to the fireworks display.  Wow!  We have a future pop-star on our hands.  Get your autographs now, folks!

Lisa Linnebur and the entire Entertainment Committee for booking The Cactus Jack Band for us and giving us an excuse to get together as a community.

The Volunteer Mussel Inspectors: Bob Butts, Chris Barnhill and Steve Sheaf, for duties above and beyond the week prior to and the week after the 4th of July.

Guest Pass Enforcement:
Guests in absence of property owners in the JLPOA Village is required to have a JLPOA Guest Pass. Guest Passes can be obtained at the club house or from any Board member.

The Property Owner assumes all Responsibility for any of their guest’s actions inside the park, and is also responsible for making sure that any guest is aware of the JLPOA Rules and Regulations.

This means that any violation committed against the JLPOA Rules and Regulations by a guest will be assessed against the property that issued the Guest Pass.

If a person or persons are approached by a Board member and cannot provide a Guest Pass it will be assumed that they are trespassing and the matter will be turned over to the proper authorities if the party in question refuses to leave the Village.
Above Rule & Regulation was adopted and approved unanimously at the April 8, 2006 Board of Directors meeting.

If you need a Guest Pass, you may download and print one via the JLPOA Guest Pass section of the JLPOA Website or you may contact any board member.

Trespassing:
It has been brought to the JLPOA Board’s attention that folks are walking through lots to gain access to some of the greenbelts.

If you do not have permission from the owner to walk through a lot, you are trespassing which is a criminal offense and is punishable by law.

For those are not aware, one boater, over the 4th of July, decided to park his boat on the top of the Jackson Lake dam.  Doh!  Thankfully nobody was seriously injured.
