The meeting date is Saturday, January 29, 2022, at the same hotel where we have been before. It is now called Delta Hotels by Marriott. The address is 10 E. 120th Ave., in Northglenn, CO 80233.
Sign-in begins at 8:00 a.m., and the Budget Meeting begins at 9:00 a.m., and Annual Meeting to follow.
Meeting Agendas and roles and responsibilities of JLPOA officers are included for annual board member elections. There are no other ballot issues.
Ballots will be distributed by Audit Committee members during sign-in at the annual meeting to eligible Lot Owners or their proxy. (New proxy form is in the packet, and under Forms at Resources + Forms tab: JLPOA 2022 Proxy.
* Eligibility requires all dues + fees (if any) to be current as of December 20, 2020, and not in violation of any other provision of the Governing Documents per Section 3.2.
