The 2018 JLPOA Annual Meeting is scheduled for January 27th, 2018 at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, 10 E. 120th Ave., Northglenn, CO. 80233.
Registration starts at 9:00 AM, Meeting begins promptly at 10:00 AM.
The packet with all of your information will be mailed December 4th, 2017. Lot statements are current through November and do NOT reflect December dues.
Dues must be current by December 15th, 2017 to be eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting.
The budget committee recommendation has been approved and therefore dues will be 33.00 per lot beginning January 1, 2018.
Proxy form is available on the website or in writing from any board member.
Please make every attempt to be present at the meeting and consider running for any of the Board positions. Remember, this amazing community is run by volunteers, so everyone needs to participate and VOTE!!! VOTE!!! VOTE!!!
