To prepare for the annual meeting January 20th, 2024, you should have received your packet in the mail, or will soon!
Sign in begins at 8:00 AM and must be done by 9:15 AM on the day of the meeting. The first order of business will be to ratify the 2024 budget. The ratification process is explained in the letter included in your packet. This must be completed before the meeting can begin!
The budget has been approved by the Board of Directors, and this is a procedure is required by the State of Colorado CCIOA.
The budget and all of the approved minutes for 2023 are available on the jlpoa.org website. To find them easily, this series of instructions is for a mobile browser (i.e. your phone) Open the website on your browser, go to the menu button (3 lines stacked in the top middle of the home page). From there tap on the Board button, and then you will see a button that says “Budget” and a button that says “Board meeting minutes”.
If you do this on a web browser. (i.e. your desktop computer), you will see the Board button on the home page, no menu buttons. The rest of the instructions are the same.
Please be sure you have reviewed any and all of this information before the meeting.
