The Budget Committee has developed it’s 2021 Budget recommendation–please see spreadsheet below. This budget recommendation results in the 2021 dues recommendation of $43 per month per lot. This is similar to last year, but the Board used other funds to make up the budget shortfall for 2020. This Budget and 2021 dues, will be acted on by the Board at the November meeting, including setting 2021 dues.
