Hello fellow JLPOA owners. A few items we would like to address.
Spring is around the corner which means it’s time to consider getting up to the lake and check/clean up your lot (s) for leaves and weeds.
Just a note regarding our regular dumpers, remember as an association we get charged overage fees if the trash in a not dumpster and lids cannot close. Which can eventually affect all of us with dues increasing. If you have a lot of trash, be sure to be considerate of the village and put the trash in other dumpsters. Remember the following items cannot be put into the dumpsters (oil, gas, batteries, paint, shellac, tires and pesticides).
If you need assistance in cleaning up your lot, please call one of these folks and get a quote. Remember as a property owner it’s your responsibility to keep your lot clean.

This also makes our community look nicer.
The first Annual Roll Off Dumpster will be delivered Friday, April 17th. This dumpster will be located by the club house. The dumpster will remain there until it’s full (A week or up to a month). Once it’s full, we will consider getting a second dumpster.
If anyone that couldn’t attend the annual meeting and is interested in helping/organizing either Fun Day or Golf Cart Parada please let one of the board members know. These are fun activities for the community however volunteers are needed.
