Draft Minutes and new Rules Resolution Posted

Draft minutes from the Saturday, March 13 Board Meeting have been posted on the Board Page under Minutes. We are posting minutes in a pending format, so all Owners have a chance to review prior to the next meeting when the Board votes to accept the minutes into the record. The approved Resolution voted on as part of the March meeting with new rules on construction/demolition dumpster requirements, unattended fire pit requirements, and minimum rental periods of no less than 180 days have been posted on the Governing Documents page under Rules button.
