The JLPOA Board is making several changes to upcoming meetings due to increased COVID restrictions:
1. December Board Meeting is cancelled.
2. January Board meeting will be a virtual meeting. Details will be mailed to Lot Owners in December.
3. Annual Meeting has been postponed to later next year as determined during the November Board Meeting.
4. 2021 Budget vote will be a virtual meeting on January 23. Details will be mailed to Lot Owners in December.
The Annual Meeting change is necessary since we are unable to hold the meeting due to the large number of people expected for an indoor meeting. Current officers will continue in their roles until the rescheduled Annual Meeting. If you have questions, please reach out to a Board member here. Per our Covenants, all accounts must be current by DECEMBER 15, 2020 to maintain voting eligibility at the rescheduled Annual Meeting.
