The October Board meeting is going to be one week later than usual . The meeting will be October 19th, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
The annual JLPOA budget meeting is scheduled for October 19th at 10:30 AM. The meeting is open to everyone and is your opportunity to affect the priorities and projects for 2025. The output of the budget meeting is a proposed budget and monthly per lot dues for the JLPOA Board to modify and/or approve at the November meeting. The community will have an opportunity to reject the budget at the Budget Approval meeting just prior to the JLPOA annual meeting. We hope to see you there!!
The Annual Meeting is scheduled for January 18th, 2025. Meeting at the Delta Hotels, 10 E. 120th Ave. Northglenn, CO. Registration will begin at 7:30 AM, Budget ratification meeting will start at 8:45, followed immediately by the Annual Board meeting.
