Hello POA Members!

Your Board of Directors is conducting an online survey to get your opinions regarding security at the lake. This survey is strictly to get opinions.

Currently we have 2 suggestions.
Security gates will cost somewhere around 75k to 100k to install.
Facial recognition/ license plate cameras are a little cheaper, but not significantly.
Either option, if enacted would require an increase in your monthly dues, however we do not have an exact amount now.
