JLPOA UPDATE
June 2, 2017
The lake was in full swing over the Memorial Day holiday. The Dance was a success and the Dinner for the Oeleis family was a great success.
We have had three accidents, which have caused minor damage to the association’s property and owner’s property. The owners of lot # 122, 123 are offering a reward for information on who hit their fence. Thankfully the damage has been to property and no one has been seriously injured. I am asking all members to reinforce to their children the importance of operating a vehicle in a safe manner. We do not want anyone to get injured.
We have also received complaints regarding dogs running around. Please keep your pets on leashes. We had a incident were a dog jumped on a golf cart causing minor injury to the occupant. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
We are having a issue with members overloading trash bins. Waste management requires that tops close.
We are planning a volleyball tournament over the Fourth of July weekend. Tate and Dana are heading it up. We will have more details in the upcoming weeks.
