Bylaws Committee Board Recommendations Report

The Bylaws Committee met several times over the summer and held a community wide input meeting in July. This report documents the Committee’s recommendations following these deliberations, and recommends which items should be presented for a vote at the January 2020 Annual meeting. Each item will be presented individually versus an all or nothing vote. Also included in this report are other items recommended for Rules changes for Board action, and some are recommended for additional monitoring.

The report specifically identifies specific changes by showing the before and after texts, as well as identifies the problem the recommended changes are intended to address, and includes a summary of the community input comments previously published in total on JLPOA.org. This report was introduced at the September Board meeting for Board action at the October Board meeting.

2020 Budget Committee Meeting

2020 Budget Committee Meeting. Everyone is welcome. The proposed budget will be presented to the JLPOA board at the October board meeting. After review and modification by the board, the budget will be published on the JLPOA website for owner comments. The owner recommendations will be reviewed at the November board meeting and a final budget approved.
